Tomato Pasta

Fresh Tomato, Basil and Garlic Sauce over Linguine



1 1/2 pounds tomatoes, finely chopped

3 gloves of garlic, finely chopped

1 bunch of fresh basil, torn

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

16 ounce package linguine, cooked according to package directions

Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Sea salt and pepper {to taste}


Gently stir together tomatoes, garlic and basil in a large bowl. 

Drizzle with oil.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Mix well and toss with hot cooked linguine.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
