How have you been this past week? I’ve been good but dealing with some summer stress….okay, regular stress that is just a bit warmer. 😉
If you have stressful moments, you know those moments when anxiety is reaching a peak and you just want it to go away. Well, if that sounds like anything you’ve ever experienced, I shared a post today with a great new product (honest, it’s awesome) plus all the instructions for a DIY Stress Relief Kit including printable stress relief mindfulness cards. It’s super easy to make and you can throw it in your purse or attach it with a keyring so you’re always prepped for “those moments”.
Do you like frappes or any of the chilled coffee drinks from Starbucks and the like? I do and last week I shared a really, really simple McDonald’s McCafe Mocha Frappe Recipe….it’s an easy way to save money and get a fancy-schmancy drink to boot!
