You don't need any fancy ingredients just some basic items you may already have in your pantry and fridge.
You'll start with chocolate cookie crumbs!
I pulverized some chocolate animal crackers to use for the crust.
Add a heaping tablespoon of the chocolate cookie mixture to the wells of a cupcake tin.
Use your fingers to firmly press the crust down into and slightly up the sides of each cupcake tin.
Next, let's make the light and fluffy peanut butter filling and fill our cooled crusts!
Top with homemade chocolate whipped cream (so darn easy to make!) and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
