Sweet and Tangy Sauce that's easy to make and is a wonderful complement to grilled pork.
Servings 4 people
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large fresh peaches peeled and diced
- Salt to taste
Cook raisins, broth, and 2 tbsp. of water in a small saucepan over medium heat stirring occasionally. Cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add parsley, vinegar, and oil.
Stir in peaches and add salt if desired.
