Crock Pot Ham and Cabbage and Potatoes
Delicious ham, cabbage, and potatoes made in the crock pot or slow cooker
Servings 8 people
- 3 pound Ham with Ham Bone - NOT flavored
- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 head green cabbage
Cube the ham into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces and place on the bottom of a 6 quart crock pot.
Next, cube the cabbage, 1-1/2 to 2-inch cubes, and layer on top of the ham.
Peel and cube potatoes and layer on top of the cabbage.
Cover the ham, cabbage, and potatoes with water about 1 inch above the top of the potatoes.
Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours until the cabbage and potatoes are tender.
