DIY  Flag  Wreath

This is a an easy DIY and a wonderful way to use an old flag before properly retiring it! You can also use a new flag if you love the look of this wreath.

Gather your supplies:

3 foot x 5 foot flag  2 18" grapevine wreaths zip ties Burlap Ribbon Blue ribbon (with stars) Red and white striped ribbon

Place wreaths on top of one another and secure with zip ties.

Fold flag and cover the wreath partially (full tutorial available by clicking the link below).

Flip wreath over to the front side, drape flag across the front, and secure the gather tightly in place with a zip tie.

Make a nice big wreath bow using the burlap ribbon, the blue ribbon, and the red and white striped ribbon. (I like to use my bowdabra for this process...so quick and easy!).

Attach the bow over the gathered area of the flag and proudly display your new American Flag Wreath!
