Grab all the leftovers, and I do mean all, and let's make a pot pie!
Line a pie plate with an unbaked pie crust - I like to use the refrigerated pre-made kind.
Add leftover turkey, white and dark meat to the bottom and top with gravy.
Add mashed potatoes smoothing out with a spoon and top with cranberry sauce.
Top with stuffing and more gravy!
Top with crust, vent to allow the steam to escape and cover with an egg wash.
