Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds tomatoes finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh basil torn
  • ½ cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 16 ounce linguine cooked according to package directions
  • ¼ pound Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Gently stir together tomatoes, garlic, and basil in large bowl.
  • Drizzle with oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Mix well and toss with the hot cooked linguine.
  • Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
