Learn how to make a very simple hanging dish towel that requires basic sewing skills. These are easy to make in bulk and are wonderful to give as gifts.
Cut a strip from your leather scrap 4 inches long by ¾ of an inch wide. Use a pen to mark the size on the back of the leather. Cut 3 of these, 1 for each towel.
Pin the leather loop to the center of one of the long edges of the towel.
Cut a piece of ribbon and pin across a lower corner of the towel at an angle.
Grab your supplies and stitch!
I used a zig-zag stitch to attach the leather loops and the ribbon.
