Add all the ingredients to the stand mixer bowl and mix for 45 seconds.
2 pounds ground beef, 1 onion, 1 cup instant oatmeal, ⅔ cup milk, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, ¼ cup ketchup
Divide the meat mixture in half and form each half into loaves and place on a small sheet pan.
If desired, brush the top and sides of each loaf with about ¼ cup of ketchup.
Bake approximately 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 160℉ using a meat thermometer.
Let meat loaves rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
