Stand Mixer Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef can substitute turkey or pork
  • 1 onion medium
  • 1 cup instant oatmeal or plain bread crumbs
  • cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup ketchup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  • Add all the ingredients to the stand mixer bowl and mix for 45 seconds.
    2 pounds ground beef, 1 onion, 1 cup instant oatmeal, ⅔ cup milk, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, ¼ cup ketchup
  • Divide the meat mixture in half and form each half into loaves and place on a small sheet pan.
  • If desired, brush the top and sides of each loaf with about ¼ cup of ketchup.
  • Bake approximately 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 160℉ using a meat thermometer.
  • Let meat loaves rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
