One container of heart-shaped chocolate covered pretzels - this is totally optional. You can substitute any candy you would like but if you want to use the pretzelsthe ones I used are Palmer brand and are from Dollar General
Instructions
Microwave the popcorn and place it in a single layer on a nonstick cookie sheet after it has popped. If you do not have a nonstick cookie sheet place parchment paper on the cookie sheet first to prevent sticking.
Place white chocolate in a microwave-safe container. I like to use a glass measuring cup but any good quality shallow-ish glass bowl will work. Microwave for 30 seconds, remove and stir. Continue microwaving for 10 to 15-second intervals until the chocolate is melted.
You'll need to act quickly at this point and cover the popcorn with the melted chocolate. While the chocolate is still sticky, shake on the sprinkles.
Now, toss the popcorn to mix in the white chocolate and sprinkles.
Once the popcorn has dried place into a tub or serving container. I used tubs I found at Walmart and I believe there were less than a dollar each.
If you'll be taking this to a party, wrap it in cellophane and tie with a bow.
