Baked Apple Pancake

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 10 ½ inch cast-iron skillet melt the butter.
  • Add apple slices, sugar and cinnamon and saute until apples begin to soften.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend together eggs, flour, milk and salt.
  • Pour the above mixture over apples in skillet.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with maple syrup if desired.
