Heat skillet with your fat (coconut oil, olive oil, etc.) as you would when making eggs.
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Mix eggs and banana together. This is going to be lumpy, but that's okay.
Add banana egg mixture to hot skillet and flip when the bottom is set cooking on the other side until golden brown.
