1cupof mini chocolate chips¾ cup to add to the recipe and ¼ cup for garnishing
Instructions
In a small saucepan melt butter over low to medium heat.
Add brown sugar and whisk until it dissolves and starts to bubble.
Stir in vanilla.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Using a mixer cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
Once the butter and brown sugar mixture has cooled add it to the cream cheese mixture and mix at low speed until combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with remaining mini chocolate chips.
Serve with the cracker/cookie of your choice.
