Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bites

Full of protein and nutrition these chocolate chip cookie dough dites can be made and frozen ahead for snack time on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 4 level tablespoons raw honey
  • 3 cups quick oats blend oats in a blender until it is of a consistency similar to flour
  • 2-3 scoops vanilla or chocolate whey protein
  • cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • cup 60% or higher dark chocolate chips
  • Optional: ½ cup of unsweetened coconut shreds
