3cupsquick oatsblend oats in a blender until it is of a consistency similar to flour
2-3scoops vanilla or chocolate whey protein
⅓cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk
⅛cup60% or higher dark chocolate chips
Optional: ½ cup of unsweetened coconut shreds
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl,
and then roll into 1-inch balls.
These can be eaten fresh or frozen.
