1-16ouncepackage of pasta {cook according to directions on package}
1lemon
1onion {I only had red onions available but would recommend a sweet onion if you have that!}
1cloveof fresh garlic
2cupsof half and half
Block of fresh Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive Oil
Instructions
While the pasta is cooking, chop the onion and garlic and saute in the olive oil until tender but not browned.
Wash the lemon and grate the zest adding it to the sauteed onion and garlic. Squeeze the juice from the lemon into the sauteed mixture as well.
Quickly add the half and half stirring to prevent clumping.
Add the drained pasta and mix well. Season to taste.
5. Grate the fresh Parmesan on the top and serve!
