Easy Peach Cobbler Recipe

Peach cobbler is easy to make, and it's always a hit with guests. If you're looking for a quick and easy way to make peach cobbler, using a cake mix is the way to go! Just follow these simple steps, and you'll have a delicious dessert in no time.

Ingredients

  • 15.25 ounce yellow cake mix
  • 42 ounces peach pie filling 21 ounce cans
  • ½ cup butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Grease casserole dish or large cast iron skillet (or use baking spray to prep pan).
  • Add peach pie filling to bottom of dish covering the entire bottom.

  • Generously sprinkle dry cake mix over the peaches covering every area evenly.
    15.25 ounce yellow cake mix
  • Cut cold butter into 15 portions and place an equal distance across the top of the cake mix.
    ½ cup butter
  • Place casserole dish in oven and bake for 60 minutes until the topping is golden brown and some of the peach pie filling is bubbling through the upper crust.
  • Remove from oven and serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or homemade whipped cream.
