Add the zucchini, carrots and mushrooms and saute for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
Raise heat to medium high and add the ground beef stirring until cooked through and no pink remains; approximately 10 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, Kefir, salt, pepper and basil and cook over medium high heat until the sauce thickens.
Serve with pasta of your choice.
