3hearts romaine lettuce – rinsedchopped, and drained
Dressing:
¼cuporange marmalade
1lemonjuiced
2teaspoonsDijon mustard
½cupextra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Arrange chopped romaine lettuce on platter. Top with Reese Hearts of Palm and Artichoke Hearts.
Combine orange marmalade with lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Whisk in the olive oil slowly.
Pour dressing over salad, serve, and enjoy!
