Leftover Ham Pie

Leftover Ham and Egg Quiche Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen pre-made pie crust
  • 2 cups ham Cubed or cut up.  I used kitchen shears to cut my spiral cut ham since the slices were too thin for cubes, into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Colby Jack Shredded Cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • ¾ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Place the unbaked pie crust into your pie pan.
    Layer the ham as your first layer placing the shredded cheese on top of that.
    Next, mix your eggs and cream together {think scrambled eggs} and gently pour that over the top of your first two layers.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is nicely browned and the eggs are set.
