Leftover Ham Pie
Baked Ham is one of my family's favorite Easter, Christmas, and all-year dishes, and as much as we adore a ham, we enjoy the leftovers even more!

Can This Leftover Ham Pie (Quiche) be Frozen?
Yes, it can! If you are totally done with ham but want to keep this on hand for a future breakfast or dinner, it's very easy to freeze using the simple steps below.
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen pre-made
pie crust - 2 cups of leftover ham cubed or cut up. I used kitchen shears to cut my spiral cut ham since the slices were too thin for cubes, into bite-sized pieces.
- 1 cup of shredded cheese ~ use any flavor you choose {Colby jack, Swiss, cheddar, etc.)
- 5 eggs
- ¾ cup heavy cream
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the unbaked
pie crust into yourpie pan. - Layer the ham as your first layer placing the shredded cheese on top of that.
- Next, mix your eggs and cream together {think scrambled eggs} and gently pour that over the top of your first two layers.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is nicely browned and the eggs are set.
Enjoy!
