Ingredients

  • 3 cups ham cooked and cubed
  • ¼ cup onion white, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 eggs hard boiled
  • 2 tablespoon sweet relish

Instructions

  • Cube cooked ham.
  • Place in the work bowl of a blender or food processor.
  • Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and sweet relish in bowl and add to blender.
  • Add hard boiled eggs and chopped onion.
  • Pulse the ham mixture until desired consistency scraping down sides of bowl as necessary.
