1cupsauerkrautdrained, rinsed and chopped {see tip below}
½teaspoonpepper
2 - 8ouncespackages cream cheese softened and cubed
1cupThousand Island Dressing
3cupsshredded Swiss Cheese
Crackersbaguettes or pretzel rods for serving
Instructions
Add corned beef
sauerkraut
cubed cream cheese
Thousand Island dressing
and Swiss cheese to slow cooker
Stir together.
Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours. Serve with crackers, baguettes and/or pretzel rods.
Notes
Recipe can be easily halved.
