Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat a 2 ¼ quart baking dish with butter or oil.
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
In a large bowl mix chili, enchilada sauce, cilantro and ½ cup cheese.
Stir in pasta.
Place in baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake 45 minutes.
Remove foil and add remaining cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted; approximately 5 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
May add sour cream and cilantro before serving if desired.
