5 pounds of Red Potatoes 1 dozen hard cooked eggs 1 onion, diced 1 stalk celery, finely chopped 32 ounces mayonnaise Salt to taste Black pepper to taste
COOK TIME: 30 MIN
Boil potatoes with the skins on until soft but not too soft.
This potato salad is so good there's almost never any leftovers!
