Boil potatoes with the skins on until soft but not too soft.
This potato salad is so good there's almost never any leftovers!
Step 2
Allow potatoes to cool Peel and cube cooked potatoes.
Peel and slice hard boiled (hard cooked) eggs and add to large bowl with the potatoes.
