Do you love the taste of meatloaf, but dread all of the work that goes into making it? Then this Crockpot Meatloaf Recipe is for you! With just a few simple ingredients, you can have a delicious and easy meatloaf dinner waiting for you when you get home from work.
Line slow cooker with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients with the exception of the topping.
1 ½ lbs ground beef, 1 cup whole milk, 1 egg, ½ cup bread crumbs, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, ¼ cup onion
Shape mixture into a loaf and place in the center of your slow cooker.
Combine ketchup and brown sugar and spread over the top of the meatloaf.
½ cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Cover and cook on low setting 3 to 4 hours until a meat thermometer or probe registers 160°F.
Remove meatloaf from slow cooker and place on a platter. Allow to set for 5 to 10 minutes. Slice and serve!
