Make a Photo Ledge in 15 Minutes - Fixer Upper Style

Make your own Fixer Upper style photo ledge in less than 15 minutes and for just a few dollars with this simple to follow tutorial.

I made this ledge shelf 4 years ago when I first noticed them all over the place and then, just the other day, I saw that the Magnolia Market blog had a DIY for one and since I did mine first 😉 I thought I would share it with you again.

They're so versatile and look great with photos, printables, and small paraphernalia on them.  Plus, they are so easy to make and you can even put one together with scrap wood making the cost minimal!

What you need:

How to:

The hobby cut wood was already the size I needed so no sawing necessary for these pieces.

But you will need to cut the 1x2x8 to a length of 24 inches using the saw.

Voila!  That's it.  Now wasn't that easy.  I am a total novice and this DIY Ledge Shelf took only 15 minutes of actual hands-on time {the stain drying wasn't added in}.
