Sweet potatoes are at the top of almost everyone’s list of healthy foods. They taste delicious and can be prepared in so many ways. They’re high in vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, potassium and iron and are low-cal to boot, only 103 calories in a medium-sized potato.
