Red and White Polka Dot Christmas Craft

This little red and white polka dot Christmas craft is the perfect quick and easy gift to make for teachers, neighbors, or just to hold candy at home.

Polka Dot Christmas Craft

Do you enjoy making gifts for friends and neighbors? I do. It's one of my favorite ways to celebrate. This little polka dot pot is easy to make (thrifty, too) and would be a great gift for teachers, co-workers, neighbors, or even yourself.

It can hold little mints, candies, homemade cookies or a cupcake.

Polka Dot Pot Step 1

Step 1:  Paint the bottom of your pot (not the rim).  Paint dries unbelievably quick on terra cotta so you'll be ready for step two in less than 30 minutes.

Step 2:  Using a round pouncer brush, pounce the white paint over the pot in a random fashion sprinkling the Diamond Dust or Glitter over the wet paint so it will stick.

Step 3:  Paint the rim white.

Add some wrapped Peppermints or other wrapped candy of your choice...the Peppermints look cute so that's why I used them but so would candy canes or other Christmas Candy.

And that's it! I can think of so many ways to use these and so many people to share them with.
