Welcome Home Summer ~ A Sneak Peak of My Front Porch Decor
My front porch has been feeling a lack of love (as has most of the rest of my house) the last few years. This year, though, we're sprucing things up.
I've stripped the porch of it's previous paint (I'll have another post with all the before and after pics and info as to what I used) and gave it a new color ~ what a huge difference that's made. A new front door and screen door will be appearing soon and I'll be adding accessories from Balsam Hill® before the door arrives. Does anyone else have trouble even paying people to do work for them, hence the door delay!!!????). Well, I digress 😉 but the items I received from Balsam Hill® take away any ugh-ness from the old door and I can't wait to show you what a difference and impact they make to our small front porch.
I'll be decorating my porch as part of The Welcome Home Summer Tour which will be starting on Monday, June 1st and go through Friday, June 5th. I'll have my post up on the 4th and I hope you'll stop back by then to see what I've done.
Oh, and every video I make with my little guy...I laugh like a goof at the end {I think he's really cute ~ I'm biased} ...the memories I'm making for my kids...oy.

p.s. Did you think Balsam Hill just had Christmas trees? I used to think the same thing but they have amazing items that can be part of your decor year round...now that's awesome!
Your video helper is precious! Looking forward to seeing your porch this week. (I got the same planter.)
Thank you, Paula! p.s. I love what you did with your planters...your deck looks fabulous!

He is SO cute! You are not biased, you are right. He is adorable and very good looking. You have a fantastic voice (and clear articulation), I enjoyed listening to you.
Love the large urn, I will be waiting to see what you do with your porch.
I have had trouble too even paying for people to do things, two occasions come to mind: removing tree branches and removing an old radiator. The radiator is still here.
Tell your little guy he did a great job and he had me watching the whole video. 🙂
Thank you so much for your sweet comments ~ I truly appreciate them! I'll pass along your comment to my little guy ~ he'll love it!
Have a wonderful week and I hope you find someone willing to remove your radiator! Since my post I also had someone I contacted regarding my driveway who came, gave me an estimate...I said let's do it...he was supposed to be here today working on the driveway and needless to say...he's NOT! grrrr
Thanks so much for stopping by ~ hugs, mb
