Carnival Glass Knobs ~ Change the Look of Plain Furniture in an INSTANT!

 Do you ever dream of changing the look of your furniture for little money and in little time?  If you do, let me show you how I totally transformed a so-so entertainment center for under $10.00 and in less than 5 minutes.  

The piece of furniture I set my sights on changing was a white entertainment center from Ikea ~ it came in a box with an allen wrench and while it is an extremely practical piece, it had no pizazz whatsoever.   

The knobs are brushed nickel and they go with just about everything but sometimes, you just need a little bling to make you happy.  

I came across these gorgeous knobs at D. Lawless Hardware and for only a little more than $3.00 a piece I could change out all three knobs and give my entertainment center the look of a custom piece for under $10.00.

The pictures don't do the Carnival Glass justice ~ they are so unique and the look changes with the lighting so throughout the day you get a little different glimmer and shimmer.
