Cake in a Mug Gift Mix
Today I'm part of the ultimate Sweets & Treats Blog Hop with so much recipe inspiration you're going to need to buy a bigger pant size when you're done making the rounds!
Have you ever had a sweet tooth and you didn't want to bake a whole cake or run out to the store to buy something? What to do? I have the answer {I'm here for you!}
This is the perfect recipe to keep on hand in dry mix form for when that sweet tooth hits and you can separate the batch into individual bags that you place into cute mugs for gift giving.
Include the recipe {see printable} and you're all set.
This is a nice little gift to give to neighbors and friends and to have on hand for unexpected holiday guests.

Ingredients:
Cake Mix:
18 ¼ ounce boxed chocolate cake mix
3.9 ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix
Place dry cake mix and chocolate pudding together in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Place ½ cup serving sizes in individual plastic bags and seal or use twist ties.
Glaze:
3 cup powdered sugar
4 ½ tablespoons hot cocoa mix
2 ¼ teaspoons vanilla powder
Mix powdered sugar, cocoa mix and vanilla powder together and divide into ⅓ cup serving sizes placing in plastic bags as above.
To make your cupcake be sure to use a mug or cup with a 1 ½ cup capacity that has NO metal on it.
Spray your cup with non-stick
