Creamy Broccoli Pasta Salad with Bacon and Grapes
This creamy bacon broccoli pasta salad is perfect for summer picnics, family dinners, and entertaining.
The addition of sweet red grapes gives it just the right amount of sweet to balance this simple to make recipe.

Summer
In the winter months I make lots of potato dishes including my Mom's sweet potato casserole and classic mashed potatoes ~ but in the summer I want something a little lighter.
Ignore the bacon....I know it's not light).
But, pasta is filling and with a family of all guys who are almost always hungry the filling part of any recipe is important.
This recipe is so tasty and an easy side dish that's perfect to make ahead for picnics, pot lucks, and summer entertaining.
