This is such a busy time of year and while entertaining is wonderful, there are times when the details can feel overwhelming but it doesn’t need to be.

If you’re looking for a pretty, no fuss, and inexpensive holiday table setting, one that allows you the time to enjoy your meal and makes clean up a breeze you’re sure to like this idea.
I didn’t need much at all to pull this table setting together and I found almost everything I used at my local Dollar General.
Dixie Ultra® 10 inch plates, 44 count
Dixie Everyday 8 1/2 inch plates
Mardi Gras® Napkins
Brawny® Paper Towels
Paper Lunch Bags
Mini Clothes Pins
Scissors with a decorative edge
I had some of the craft items on hand but for the paper products, I went to Dollar General to stock up for the holidays and make my money go further with these awesome Georgia-Pacific essential products and starting 11/19/17 through 12/23/17 only, Buy 3 Participating Products, Save $3! – details here! (Valid on Angel Soft® 12 Family / 12 Big Lavender, Sparkle® 6 Roll, all QNUSS 9 Mega and QNUP/QNUSS 12DR, Dixie® Everyday 9in 86 ct, Dixie Ultra® 10in 44ct, Brawny 6 Large Roll, Mardi Gras 200 ct)
The video above shows the entire process for how I put together the table setting and made the cute napkin holder. The Mardi Gras napkins, by the way, are adorable! They have prompts for conversation starters and while my youngest son was helping me put this together he and I were checking out the different napkins. We had so much fun and I can’t wait to use these for the holiday table.
I used the Brawny® Paper Towels beneath the larger and smaller Dixie® Everyday paper plates to anchor the table setting before adding the silverware packet. The Dixie plates are perfect for heavier holiday meals and fuller plates and the Brawny paper towels make clean up, whether it’s a face or a table, a breeze!
I always enjoy finding new inspiration for the holidays and entertaining in general and you can see more great ideas for using your Dollar General Stock Up Items here.
