Do you love smoothies? I do but I usually love only the fruity ones and my husband loves the veggie ones.  On so many levels {but not all!} my husband and I are complete opposites but we’re best friends.  Orange and Kale Blast Smoothie at cupcakesandcrinoline.com

He’s 6 feet 5″. I’m 5 feet 2″.  He has black hair but shaves his head.  I have blonde hair and like it long.  When I think the sky is falling he always assures me it’s not.  I’m fidgety and need to move, pretty much constantly.  He can sit for hours and not get bored.  I like to shop.  He likes to sit in the car and wait for me.  When he decides to watch what he’s eating he does.  When I decide to watch what I’m eating I mean tomorrow.  The list goes on and on and on but now we have something that we both totally agree on and can’t get enough of – this recipe for Orange Blast Fruit and Veggie Smoothies.

I make smoothies for my husband and kids and then drink what’s leftover but with this recipe I make some just for me as well.

I used Dole Fruit & Veggie Blends, Orange Medley, as the main ingredient for this recipe because it’s all natural real frozen fruits and vegetables, it’s a good source of fiber and Vitamins A & C and it’s easy to find in your store’s frozen fruit aisle.  Dole fruit & VEGGIE Blends
