Cute Reindeer Cookies
Today I'm sharing some easy to make Cute Reindeer Cookies. I've seen a lot of similar cookies over the years and put them all together in my brain and this is what came out.
These are probably the easiest decorated cookies I have ever made. They take about 15 seconds if that to decorate each cookie and one of my favorite things about this recipe is that you can make a few at a time so they're always fresh. Just slice the amount of cookies you need, bake them, decorate them and bam- you're the best hostess ever. I made a batch of 10 for my family to have before church and put the dough and the frosting in the refrigerator to make more when they want some.
Cute Reindeer Cookies
Ingredients:
1 tube of ready made sugar cookies - it doesn't matter if they have a design or not; they'll be covered with icing
1 container of frosting - any flavor (I chose cream cheese to complement the sugar cookies)
Chocolate chips in red, green and brown
Small pretzels
Directions:
Slice cookies to ¼ inch width.
Place on cookie sheet and bake according to package directions.
Remove cookies from oven and place on a cooling rack.
Allow to cool, frost and decorate using the pictures as a reference.
What are your favorite holiday cookies to make and eat?
