Hot Artichoke Dip ~ The Perfect Appetizer for Entertaining
Hot Artichoke Dip
I remember when I was a little kid there was a dip that was a craze ~ everywhere you went it was served. There was a reason for that. It was dee-licious! When I grew up I remembered that dip but I always thought that because it tasted so good it had to have a lot of ingredients and when it comes to
That being said I found the Hot Artichoke Dip recipe {picture above} that I remembered from my younger days on the KRAFT website and I could not believe how easy it was to make ~ 4 ingredients...yep....that's it, just 4. It's important, though, that these 4 be good quality ~ no knock offs here so be sure to follow the recipe exactly and you'll have success. Everyone you serve it to {unless they're kids who can't cook or who already live with you} will be asking for the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix ingredients until blended.
Spread onto bottom of 9-inch
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve hot with pita bread triangles or crackers {I served mine with both}.
So there you have it ~ a delicious Hot Artichoke Dip that is absolutely perfect for holiday entertaining, is easy to make and that your guests will love!
Mary Beth, this looks beautiful! I love hot dip - I would be gobbling this up. Also coveting the cast iron it sits in. 🙂
