Mason Jar Wall Hanging

 Ball® Elite Collection Mason Jars

Hose Clamp and screw to attach it to the plaque

Adhesive paper - I found mine at the Dollar Spot at Target

Wooden Plaque - Michael's 

ArtMinds Simply Surfaces Wood Shape  Made With Love - Michael's

Waverly Chalk Paint - Maize

X-Acto Knife

Paintbrush

Saw tooth picture hanger

Paint edge with maize chalk paint

Yellow edge on plaque

Paint the edges all around and the rim of your wooden plaque with the Chalk Paint.Trace plaque on to adhesive paperUnroll adhesive paper, lay plaque on top and trace around the edge.  Use scissors to cut out.Use Exacto to trim edge of adhesive paper even with edge of wooden plaque Apply adhesive paper; smooth out any bubbles and trim with an X-Acto knife.Made with Love

 Wooden sign - woodburner

Paint round wood shape with Chalk paint.  Once dry use a wood burning tool to go over the words, etc., to make them stand out a bit more.  This isn't necessary but did add some dimension to the wood.Mason Jar Wall Hanging without flowers

 Attach the wooden plaque with glue or a glue gun and attach the hose clamp with a screw.  

Attach a saw tooth hanger to the back for hanging.

Place water and flowers into the jar and you're all set!

  7. I LOVE this Mary Beth! You didn't miss a single detail... the pretty yellow paint to go with the adhesive paper which is perfect with the pretty jars! And the wood piece that you re-burned and I LOVE that it fits on the jar top too. That in itself would make the perfect gift if you didn't want to give flowers.
