Salted Caramel Chocolate Pudding ~ An Easy Summer Dessert

When I was a kid pudding was one of my favorite desserts.  I grew up in a home where there weren't snack, ever, and certainly not desserts but sometimes Mom would break down and we would have PUDDING!  Easy to make salted caramel chocolate pudding at #SummerofPudding ADChocolate was always my favorite ~ I relished every single spoonful and every lick.  It was as though I had entered another dimension...just me and my pudding.  🙂 Fast forward to now, I am far less structured with my kids (not sure whether that's good or bad) ~ I love to cook, bake and eat and there are always sweets in my house but pudding is still special.

Chocolate and Salted Caramel pudding - #KozyShack AD

Summer is here and it is one of my favorite times of the year.  We've had a lot of rain and with the rain comes a lot of time spent inside.  While I love having the kids around all the time, sometimes my husband and I need a little 'alone time' and so we decided to make it a bit of an event with Kozy Shack chocolate pudding.

I can't imagine not having snacks as a kid! I feel like I'm eating foods like that all the time now, probably over eating things I SHOULD eat. This pudding idea sounds so good! (And chocolate is always my favorite, too!)
