Salted Caramel Chocolate Pudding ~ An Easy Summer Dessert

When I was a kid pudding was one of my favorite desserts.  I grew up in a home where there weren't snack foods....like, ever, and certainly not desserts but sometimes Mom would break down and we would have PUDDING!  Easy to make salted caramel chocolate pudding at cupcakesandcrinoline.com#KozyShack #SummerofPudding ADChocolate was always my favorite ~ I relished every single spoonful and every lick.  It was as though I had entered another dimension...just me and my pudding.  🙂 Fast forward to now, I am far less structured with my kids (not sure whether that's good or bad) ~ I love to cook, bake and eat and there are always sweets in my house but pudding is still special.

Summer is here and it is one of my favorite times of the year.  We've had a lot of rain and with the rain comes a lot of time spent inside.  While I love having the kids around all the time, sometimes my husband and I need a little 'alone time' and so we decided to make it a bit of an event with Kozy Shack chocolate pudding.

I can't imagine not having snacks as a kid! I feel like I'm eating foods like that all the time now, probably over eating things I SHOULD eat. This pudding idea sounds so good! (And chocolate is always my favorite, too!)
