Easy to Make 7 Layer Bean Dip

Easy 7-Layer Bean Dip - The Perfect Appetizer for Entertaining a Small Group or a Crowd

I love this dip.  I think that this is a standard, conventional, everyone-knows-this-recipe, 7-layer dip.  In any case, my oldest son has mastered this recipe and makes this dip in under 10 minutes for football watching, parties, and family nights.

You don't need any expensive ingredients and there's no mixing required. All you need to do is layer the ingredients.

Ingredients:

I can refried beans - 16 ounces

Guacamole ~ 8 ounces

Sour Cream ~ 8 ounces regular, low fat, or fat-free

Salsa ~ 8 ounces {mild, medium, or HOT}

Lettuce, shredded

Shredded Mexican Cheese ~ 8 ounces

1 tomato

Start your layers with the refried beans, top with the guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. 

Add the lettuce, then the cheese and top with diced or cubed tomatoes and that's it!

Easy 7-Layer Bean Dip

I think this might be the easiest to make dip ever! It's 7 layers of goodness and is always a crowd pleaser. Perfect for game day, family fun night, or any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces refried beans one can
  • 8 ounces guacamole
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces salsa
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 8 ounces Mexican cheese shredded
  • 1 tomato cubed or diced

Instructions

  • Start your layers with the refried beans, top with the guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
