Are you looking for some delicious but easy to make game day foods? If so, try this delicious 7-layer bean dip.
Easy 7-Layer Bean Dip - The Perfect Appetizer for Entertaining a Small Group or a Crowd
I love this dip. I think that this is a standard, conventional, everyone-knows-this-recipe, 7-layer dip. In any case, my oldest son has mastered this recipe and makes this dip in under 10 minutes for football watching, parties, and family nights.
You don't need any expensive ingredients and there's no mixing required. All you need to do is layer the ingredients.
Ingredients:
I can refried beans - 16 ounces
Guacamole ~ 8 ounces
Sour Cream ~ 8 ounces regular, low fat, or fat-free
Salsa ~ 8 ounces {mild, medium, or HOT}
Lettuce, shredded
Shredded Mexican Cheese ~ 8 ounces
1 tomato
Start your layers with the refried beans, top with the guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
Add the lettuce, then the cheese and top with diced or cubed tomatoes and that's it!
I like to use a glass bowl so you can see the layers from the side. The one above is a basic one,
but, a pretty trifle bowl like the one above would be fun, too!
Serve with your favorite dipping chips.
What are some of your favorite game day snacks?
