Tangy Wheat Thins Chicken Wings and/or Ritz Cracker Chicken Wings
2 lbs. chicken wings (you may need to separate yours if you bought them whole.....I get squeamish so my oldest son broke them down for me)
1 cup hot sauce
2 cups crushed Wheat Thins or Ritz Crackers (I ground mine up in a blender)
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. paprika
Heat oven to 350º.
Mix Wheat Thins or Ritz Cracker crumbs and seasonings in a shallow bowl.
Dip each wing part in the hot sauce and then in the crumb mixture.
Place in a single layer on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes, flip your wings and cook for an additional 20 minutes on the other side.
Serve warm and watch them disappear.
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and Brownie Trifle
1 bag of Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Cups
1 large container of whipped topping
1 large tray of brownies, baked, cooled and cut into small squares
Place a layer of brownies on the bottom of a glass serving dish or trifle dish.
Top with chipped topping and ⅓ of the bag of Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Cups
Repeat the above twice more. Chill for approximately 1 hour before serving.
For my cheese spreads instead of making them homemade I found a large selection of ready made spreads in individual containers. I bought two {are they not perfection? ready to serve...what could be better} and placed them on a serving tray, surrounded them with Wheat Thins and Ritz Crackers, added some pepperoni and called it a day!
One more dessert item....OREOS. I bought a package of Heads or Tails Double Stuff OREOS. That way we could use them to pick our team and who we thought or wanted to win. Sort of like a quarter!
