11 Things To Do Before Summer Is Over
11 Things To Do Before Summer Is Over
1. Plan a trip to your nearest body of water.
Water has a way of relaxing you and helping you to focus. Lay on the beach, sit on a bench, enjoy the sound of the water, go fishing, go for a boat ride or pedal a bike along the shore.

2. Swim{or at least jump in the water} even if it's cold and you react with a silly dance.
3. Pack up the car to the brim and go on a picnic.
The picnic doesn't have to be anything fancy.....pack some sandwiches, packaged crackers, fruit, water...whatever you have on hand and enjoy the day!
4. Spend time with someone who admires you....even if they do everything you do remember that they look up to you.....and that's a wonderful spot to be in.
5. Take a nice leisurely walk....wait until you're a good bit ahead of those you're walking with and announce it's a race and Start Running!!!!
6. Make a road trip to a store you've never been to before....contemplate buying something big and sugary!
7. Take a late night drive into another state. Stop at a rest stop or gas station, get out, stretch and head back home.
8. Pick some flowers from the yard and give them to someone you love!
9. Go to see a blockbuster movie! Check for matinee prices or bargain days....with the money you save get some ice cream.
10. Find a nice neighborhood, pick a house, get out of the car and take a picture....use this for your Christmas Card!
11. Enjoy the ride!
I truly enjoy driving....it's one of my favorite things to do. I don't necessarily have to have a destination....it's just the ride that matters and the company {even if I'm driving alone}. I had the opportunity to drive a 2015 Hyundai Sonata for 3 weeks this summer and that's when I came up with the list above. My family and I did so many things and there was never once a fuss from anyone regardless of where the trip was about comfort or enjoyment~ whether local or somewhere we had never been. I drove it every single day because it was something I looked forward to. We took several long trips including a trip to the Lake - our first in 4 years - and it was amazing! The Sonata had plenty of leg room for my family of 5 and the ride was so smooth that I got spoiled driving it! The trunk was huge with enough space for everything for our picnic at the beach day with plenty of room left over. I made a video with some details if you'd like to see some of the great features of the Sonata. It's a wonderful vehicle that has made it to my list of cars I'd definitely consider buying and the price blew me away ~ I thought it would cost more especially considering all of the attention to details for the driver and the passengers. It's a great family car ~ a great couple's car or a great car for any single.
The awesome folks from DriveShop USA delivered this 2015 Hyundai Sonata to my door and I was given the opportunity to drive it, experience it and love it! The opinions expressed, as always, are my own.
