Homemade White Chocolate Mocha Strawberry Ice Cream
How to Make Homemade Ice Cream with Coffee Creamer
Summertime is the perfect time to try new recipes and ice cream is always one of my favorite treats to make. With all of the flavor options available from International Delight you can make homemade ice cream that perfectly fits your ID. White Chocolate Mocha is a treat for the tastebuds ~ a Coffeehouse-Inspired flavor. I added fresh strawberries to my basic ice cream recipe to get that white chocolate covered strawberry taste. The ratio for ANY homemade {using an ice cream maker} ice cream recipe is easy to remember and easy to make ~ 2 parts heavy whipping cream, 1 part International Delight {any flavor you choose}, ¼ part sugar and a dash of salt!

Instructions
- Stir sugar and salt into creamer and whipping cream until dissolved.
- Add to Ice Cream Maker and follow manufacturer's directions {mine took approximately 20 minutes to reach the desired soft serve consistency}.
- Layer Strawberry syrup on bottom of serving dish, add ice cream and top with strawberries.
- Serve!
As with any of my recipes, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly depending on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
