Intermittent Fasting for Weight Loss

There are days when eating early in the morning makes me nauseous and I absolutely dread eating but until now, everything I've read and heard says it's necessary and that's why I do it, but, this book and plan debunks the don't eat at night myth with scientific studies that prove eating at night is beneficial.

      Hi Christa, I am in the process of going through this plan right now. I will be posting 3 more posts total and will have a final assessment next week - but, to answer your question, it does work! I am happily surprised with my results so far.
