I saw a wonderful idea for peep smores a few months ago and updated the idea for Christmas.  I gave these out as treats at my annual Ornament Making Party.  There are 3 basic ingredients:

Graham Cracker

My oldest son added the candy canes so the favors could be hung from the Christmas tree.
