Using Steak-umm beef steaks which, if you're not familiar with them, are frozen thin steak slices (real steak) that are delicious and very easy to cook (directions can be found in the recipe card at the bottom of this post) makes them time friendly and perfect for entertaining or a quick and easy meal for the whole family.

I like to serve these open faced and add a salad like this one, or air fryer French fries to make it a complete meal but you can also make this a traditional sandwich easily.

Hint: leave a useful hint here, like let the grill run for 4-5 minutes to burn off any remnants, then clean it. I like to use this bristle-free barbecue brush (affiliate link) for cleaning the grill.
