Breakfast Bread Bowls ~ Quick and Easy Meals

A Quick and Easy Breakfast

Hands up if breakfasts are a hard meal for you to prepare.  For me, I'm a little grumpy in the a.m. and the last thing I want to do is to be cooking while I'm still barely awake.  I like to just grab something quick and get started with my day.  On weekends I try {emphasis on try} to serve at least one special breakfast that's not in a bowl with milk.  Most times that's not an easy task but the other day I bought Tyson Breakfast Bread Bowls  ~ part of a Walmart Breakfast ~ and they were a huge hit at my house.  The Bread Bowls had the consistency, texture and flavor of fresh baked bread.

Not only were they a quick and easy meal, ready in less than 5 minutes, but they are a great source of protein ~  9 grams of protein in the Sausage, Egg and Cheese selection

and 11 grams of protein in the Egg, Bacon and Cheese selection.

Make it a Complete Breakfast ~ Add Some Fruit

This time of year is one of my favorite times for fresh fruits.  While at Walmart {you can see my shopping trip here} I found some beautiful watermelons and some fresh blueberries and the family and I had these along with our Breakfast Bread Bowls.

It took less than 15 minutes from start to finish to heat up the Breakfast Bread Bowls and prepare the fruit but the time we spent at the table as a family was priceless.

We all enjoyed the Breakfast Bread Bowls and the fruit and spending time together.

If you're looking for a high-protein, quick and easy, delicious breakfast try some Tyson Breakfast Bread Bowls ~ they can be found in the frozen breakfast sandwiches section at Walmart.

I no longer have little ones to prep breakfast for, but I'm the world's worst for eating a decent breakfast myself. I usually don't want to take the time to eat, but then I finally get so hungry that I just grab whatever looks appealing at the moment. No good. These look perfect and I'll definitely be picking some up. Thanks for sharing!
